Does Empire Digital SIgns have insurance?
Of course! We carry a minimum of $1,000,000 in liability coverage. Certificates of Insurance (COI) with additional loss payees are available for a small additional fee.
What can I show on the LED screen?
You can show whatever you want on the mobile LED screen. Some great ideas for event rental include video gaming parties, live sporting events such as UFC fights, Races, March Madness, football games, live or televised concerts, etc. The possibilities are limitless!
How much time is needed for set up/ takedown?
We will schedule an arrival time of 1 – 2 hours prior. Equipment can be set up in as little as 30-45 minutes depending on the venue and we can take down the unit within about 30-45 mins. Your Empire Digital Signs representative will work with you to schedule your arrival and pick up times.
What if it rains? What about wind?
Rain and/or high winds can cause cancellations. Just ask us what our weather policies are for your specific event.
